Delete your data

Option 1 — Disconnect a channel (instant)

Accounts → Social connections → Disconnect next to any account. Its encrypted platform tokens are deleted immediately and publishing stops. Drafts and history stay until you delete them.

Option 2 — Delete everything yourself

1. Disconnect all channels (Option 1). 2. Delete each project from the dashboard. 3. Sign out. Your content rows, connections, and tokens are removed from the live database at once; backups age out within 30 days.

Option 3 — Email us

Write to privacy@sproutpost.app from your account email with subject “Delete my SproutPost data”. Tell us whether you want (a) specific channels disconnected or (b) full account deletion. We confirm completion within 7 days.

What we cannot delete

Posts already published to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, or X live on those platforms — remove them there directly. We can confirm which post IDs we published on request.

Platform-initiated removal

If you remove SproutPost from a platform's settings (e.g. Facebook → Business integrations → Remove), the platform notifies our deletion endpoint and we delete the matching tokens and connection automatically.
