Terms of Service

1. The service

SproutPost generates marketing drafts from your website and publishes content to third-party social platforms only when you explicitly approve, schedule, or click publish. Publishing is executed through the official APIs of Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Bluesky under your own connected accounts.

2. Your responsibilities

You must own or be authorized to manage every account, Page, and channel you connect; only publish content you have the rights to; and comply with each platform's terms and community standards. Test posts go live immediately — use test or unpublished destinations first. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before publishing.

3. Platform dependencies

Publishing depends on third-party APIs, quotas, and app approvals outside our control (e.g. Meta App Review, TikTok audit, YouTube quota, X paid API). We do not guarantee delivery, reach, or continued availability of any channel, and failed publishes are reported with the platform's error message.

4. Acceptable use

No spam, deception, impersonation, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass platform rate limits, reviews, or access controls (including browser automation against a platform's terms). We may disconnect channels or suspend accounts that violate this section.

5. Plans & limits

The free beta includes a monthly generation limit shown in Settings. Paid plans, when introduced, will be billed per the checkout terms; third-party platform fees (if any) are yours.

6. Termination & data

Either side may terminate anytime. On termination or account deletion we remove your projects, drafts, connections, and encrypted platform tokens as described in the Privacy Policy. Content already published to third-party platforms must be removed there directly.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months (or €100 if on a free plan). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
